Finally got my location:

Hokkaido! It's my first choice! I tried to make sure they didn't put me in a driving position, not sure if they heard me... but I am so happy! This means I can live a bit more cheaply, and know how to prioritize sight seeing

deleted all my entries, changed the layout and changed the blog title, so that I can talk about Japan. I'll probably delete these entries as I go, but I just wanted y'all to know
