Well I've been lurking and reading peoples post's but never getting round to saying anything about myself. Overall that is because little of great interest in my opinion has happened. I've continued to have a lot of health problems and be in and out of hospital, mostly related to the asthma but not solely

Sorry to hear thing aren't going great for you. You can post whetever you want in your journal. If you feel like putting it down to get stuff out of your system, you could do private posts that only you can read and choose let people read them when you feel comfortable.
