  I've been hearing an unusual amount of complaints concerning bodily aches and pains, lately.  Students have now hit the wall, people crane their necks and lean toward the holidays; also, the weather seems to bring a lot of drama.

Yes:  we promise you will feel grood.  even though the trendiness of yoga has reached the proportions of oafish, bumbling puppy dog, I still find it lovable.
