That's one of the charms of fanfics, right? You have the character as you know him, but the writer also has the freedom to write him how s/he wants, hehe. And DoS Aiba was just calling to me (especially after the Kizoku Tantei PRs)!

I have read DoS Aiba in some fanfiction, but I don't think any of them described his character the way you've written your Aiba. I appreciate how there's just enough information about him - descriptive enough to know what type of character he is (so far, at least) but also short enough to make me want to get to know even more of him and see the way he will interact with your OC and other characters in the future.

I think "DoS Aiba" is just one of those characters that fanfic writers want to write at least once. There's an inherent allure to him, especially because the dichotomy between that and his well-known, cuticle Aiba-chan character. My writing style (or my personality) focuses on character development > actual events. The latter is important, of course, but those are more like catalysts to propel the development of the characters.

This is interesting! I like that we get to know his point of view. It means we would get to know his thoughts as his "downfall" unfolds.
