Well, I had a trial last week. We had one deaf venireperson. They all got sworn in, all but the interpreters. Hi there. This is Kelly - How are you?
First, congratulations on your pending celebration this weekend - CHEERS!
Second, I have always shared your thoughts/opinions on a certain PA - what did she do re: misconduct? Are you filing an ethics complaint? There are few people in this world that I thought were actually evil and vile - she's one of them.
Hope you're well - would love to hear about your case, etc.
Also, are you and J going to be able to honeymoon???

Ethics complaint: yes. OCDC action: none. Truely stinks. I'll bet you've heard by now she wasn't "retained" when Big Head took over. there was a great article on it in the trib this week. Tracy has the link, but I'll try to find it. She says she was fired because of her medical condition. What a laugh.
As for the case; got home detention on it Monday. Richard took it over and has "a hard time trying it without find out a few more things". Thus, he wanted a continuance and HD was the price. Ham did it. I'll have to post about it long-ways later.
Otherwise, honeymoon, yes, see next post... :)
You should have seen "grampa's" face when he found out. Not only am I his daughter in law, but the mother of his grandchild. Priceless. I'll have to post it...:)
