I had trouble at Time Warner when I was accused of lying about when I turned in my modem. I was charged six dollars so I didn't make that big of a fuss. sometime people suprise you. Dad took my phone over to us cellular and they popped a new speaker in for free. Wow I am realy happy. You are going to just look for the sunny side of life or you will be unhappy the rest of your life.
