02. Name one weird quirk about yourself.
01. I am very, very happy being just myself. Is that a quirk? Okay, here's a better one, I have a bad habit of dabbling in hobbies but not really stickin' to them. I've tried reading tarot, palm reading, hula hooping, quilting, making my own clothes, upholstering chairs, the list goes on. I usually do each thing for a few days or weeks. I suppose I've retained some of them, but wouldn't really call them skills, more like passing fancies.
03. What are you wearing now?
Tank top, green skirt I've had so long I can't even remember where it came from, feather earrings, etc.
04. What's your occupation?
I work at a nonprofit as an administrator. We provide after-school programming to kids in Central Texas; lots of art, music, theatre classes. It's alright.
05. What do you hear right now?
The Ruby Suns. Always. This will be the summer of The Ruby Suns! I decree it. Also, the air conditioner.
06. What's your favorite guilty pleasure treat?
If you mean food, peanut M & M's, if you mean a life treat, riding my bicycle at night.

No, thanks.

09. If you could punch someone in the face, who would it be?
Nobody, honestly, no one. I can't think of a single person.
10. What song is currently stuck in your head?
"Kenya Dig It?" by The Ruby Suns. They're just so lovely.
11. What was the last thing you bought?
Groceries. Kale, cilantro, tomatoes, a bunch of frozen fruit, mangoes, etc.
12. If you could afford to go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
This list would be way, way too long! Inside the US: Santa Fe, Taos, Big Sur, the ocean, please, the ocean. Outside the US: Sweden, Chile, Spain, Morocco, Greece, Japan.
13. Where do you see yourself in 5 minutes?
I need to pee so the bathroom.
14. Ever met any of your online friends in real life?
No, never, I'm not that interested in meeting people online. It sounds exhausting.
15. What are you doing this weekend?
The weekend is over. I spent it reconnecting with myself, meditating, working on Rebecca's quilt, walking around my neighborhood, sleeping a lot, eating lunch with the Weavers, playing cards with Angel, drinking beers with Meghan, reading Rebecca Solnit, and just enjoying Austin. It was lovely.
16. If you could play any musical instrument, which one would you play?
I can play piano a little but it would be nice to know more.
17. How are you?
I'm just wonderful. Thank you! My life has never been so positive (except I'm still smoking and drinking coffee. If only I could stop). Tomorrow I'm starting a three-week all raw cleanse and I'm super excited.
18. How do you view the world?
I know I have control over my own destiny. It's taken me a long time to understand that but I do. If only I could travel back three or four years, give myself a big hug, and explain that, I would have arrived here so much faster! Oh, well. Right now I'm working on manifesting my desires and it's working. Every day is a blessing.
19. What are you looking forward to the most?
This summer. It's going to be beautiful. I'm really excited to see what the universe presents me next. I know there's something coming soon but am not sure what it will be. It's going to be amazing regardless.
