i called housing today and nobody answered... go figure! oh and i bought a futon today for our room and its only like 4/5 ft long but the arms fold down so a like 6 ft person could sleep on it. how awesome is that?!
just to warn yall, it prob wont be ready for yall to move into on the 21st. so be prepared to live in the dirty mur till its ready. and the rooms are small, so be prepared for that too. see yall soon. adam
i dont think thats quite right... there was an article on SHC's website on the 15th saying that the openning blessing/ceremony was gonna be on the 17th. so if this "said-ceremony" actually took place and they do not actually open the building, i think we should sue them for false advertising / lying to the general public about current events! (ok... i'm done harping)
We did have the blessing on the 17th. The building is being finished up, but we (the college) can't sign for it until it meets the standards and requirements. 90% sure y'all WILL be able to move in on Sunday the 21st. Y'all will prob just be moving in with the R.A.'s, seminar leaders, ITS, volleyball, soccer, and basketball players who have been here for a week. (R.A.'s moved in on the 10th, followed by volleyball-soccer-ITS; seminar leaders moved in on the 16th; basketball players today the 19th). It should be fun. -Adam
