I am very sorry to hear about your grandfather, it is always so very hard to lose someone that is so close to you. God is our greatest father, and he will help you, even though it feels like it is hopeless and the pain will never end, God is always there, ready to touch our wounds with His hands and make them better. I'm sorry that I can't offer anymore than that, but I will be praying for you.

It takes time for wounds to heal, but it also requires air, all wounds need to breath, if you keep holding on to it, hiding your pain from God it will continue to fester and maybe even get infected with things like, blame, guilt, doubt, fear, and anger. You think you're upset with God, okay, be upset, are you going to burst, then burst already...yell, cry, scream, whatever, spill your guts to God, he can handle it. Then be quite, listen, wait, rest and receive the healing that only God can give. Little by little, day by day, week by week you'll feel better. Every now and then someone or something will push a little too hard on the fresh wound and you'll cry again but it will be better.

It's been 2 years and 8 months since I lost my Mom. I still have the scar.
