It's rare that days like yesterday end the way it did.

I felt infinite.

Rain hasn't been particularly good for my moods lately. Instead of my moods dictating the weather, it seems to be the other way around this week. I normally see rain as something cleansing... but for whatever reason it's making me think of sadness and darkness. There's nothing quite like the smell of summer rain.

It's very cleansing.

Today I'm feeling particularly content. It's so strange to find myself in this position, where I have nothing that I have to do and no one that I have to see. It's wonderfully liberating and I'm planning on taking full advantage of it this summer. I have so many books to read and movies to see and places to visit... I can hardly wait ( Read more... )
