i am tired of being yelled at for things i cannot control. especially the no-receipt return policy at target. as much as i love that place, it is on my last nerve

You should make a sign and put it on the counter when you work customer service that says in big red letters, "I cannot return items that don't have a receipt...sorry hommies." This way, when someone comes up to you, you point to the sign.
