Apparently the postal workers don't have to check your mailbox if they don't have mail to put in it. I'm told by Peter at my post office that this is "sort of a grandfathered law." The coast is getting shit on with snow, but Grand Rapids is not. What's the story. I wanted a big f-ing snowstorm.

Well it looks as though I'll be spending Thanksgiving all by my lonesome and that's fine by me. I won't have to go to my Grandmother's house which always reminds me how old she is and close to death which couples nicely with the reminder that my Dad won't be attending the festivities either.
