Wasn't it though? I'm not sure what made me think of that particular set up, but basically I needed a reason that they would be in a hotel room by themselves with burt's knowledge and permission. This is what my brain came up with. The play is next, then on to the smut!

I love how sassy Kurt is! I mean, Kurt is always sassy, but in this fic especially.

That part you quoted? was also the part that Callmerayray singled out as the part that made her laugh. which is funny, cause I didn't write it to be funny...It just seemed like what Burt would say in that moment. and you're right...Kurt is pretty sassy in this one. He keeps that sass at least in the next chapter...Damn third chapter is tripping me up.

And of course Burt gets the father of the year award. I think He gets that award every year for the rest of his life actually....
