I will admit to originally intending a part of the conversation to include Blaine's feelings about his parents not being there to help him move. (I don't know if that even registered to anyone, but they are decidedly and purposefully absent) but, there didn't seem a good place to put it in, so I figured, I can address the issue in a different way later on in the verse.

Um, is this supposed to be looked at each other? Because I'm sure Blaine looks at Kurt like he's edible, but I'm equally sure Burt isn't thinking that here. :)

Burt was ready for it really. He never really expected the boys to come back from a weekend alone and not to have done something, and the way they had looked at eat other after coming back and every day since then was so full of love and trust he didn't see how they could not have progressed their relationship to the next level. It saddened him, though that his son felt he had to hide that fact from him.
He let out a slow breath. “Well, at least I know for sure now.”
