Yeeeaaaahhh...Chapter's one and two were originally supposed to be one chapter, but then there was only supposed to be about 5 chapters originally. but they were all getting so long that I had to start splitting up chapters it and decided on a whole that each chapter needed to stick to 1 section from each boy. so...It got split up. which is rather unfortunate for this chapter because chapter two picks up right where this one leaves off. (this is why this story as a whole is listed as Chapter 1/18 but this part is labeled as 'What about us' part 1. there's definite sections, and each section has a title, this one being titled the same as the overall story)

On the plus side, the first several chapters are written in full with large chunks of the rest written and/or outlined so I'll be updating fairly regularly, about once a week I think to allow myself time to write.

I'm glad you're enjoying the verse. I will warn, This one's going to hurt but it will be all good in the end. just getting there....

This is such an interesting start! Poor Kurt, all excited about his proposal. D: Can't wait until the next part!

I felt it necessarily to put Kurt's plan in there to make Kurt's freak out plausible. It's not just that Blaine's looking at Harvard...Blaine's looking at Harvard and going away when Kurt wants to settle down. Being in two separate places is really scary for Kurt, especially when he thought they were on the same page.

Yes, Kurt has a way of Blowing the situation out of proportion I think.

As for the cliff hanger...I'm going to try and stick to a once a week posting schedule so sometime next week, chapter 2 should be up. And I apologize. I didn't originally plan on it being a cliff hanger (chapter 1 and 2 originally were one chapter, but for continuity and keeping chapters from getting to long, it got split in two,) so sorry about leaving you there...
