Had David Karofsky never sent the cards and gifts the night would have been enough. He truly believed that . He didn't need his boyfriend to shower him with gifts, but to be so thoroughly convinced that he had been treated so special by Blaine all week, only to find out that he hadn't...he somehow felt cheated.

You've really delved into something that was bothering me about the SA storyline and resolved it for me perfectly! Thanks!

Oh my goodness, that's such a great complement thank you! I'm glad I could address those worries for you. honestly, they were kind of my own thoughts and worries, and so i wrote the fic to fix them and make them okay. I'm glad I'm not the only one that got something out of that.
