Journal...ing.
So I moved back in with my parents and I'm not liking it.
My mother is taking advantage of the fact she has
one more person to complain to for attention or whatever
it is that she's starving for.
My sister got a new car yesterday.
Same exact car as mine, only black instead of silver.
She's also guaged her ears to a Zero now.
I don't know why.
My parents are mad that she's doing that.
I don't blame them.
She shouldn't have gotten a car.
She's not ready for one.
She's still her same old self and has
our parents in the palm of her filthy little hand.
My brother is totally head over heels with this girl Jessica.
Obsessively.
Then again, when I was his age I spent hours
on end speaking on the phone to now-meaningless
boys mainly just for the fact of being able to say
"I talked to Josh/Philip/Nate/Ralph/Etc. on the
phone last night for six hours!"
The sad part of that last statement is that
I'm not exaggerating in the least.
I'm noticing the process of growing up.
And how people, whether you like it or not, do change.
It's pretty sad, and disappointing,
yet satisfying and enlightening at the same time.
We're growing up people.
And there's nothing that you nor I can do about it.
I'm taking two art classes at cape fear next semester.
Paying for it myself.
HOpefully that will give me the motivation to
work really hard and not bullshit around.
Things with Phil are wonderful although I do
believe that I make quite a fool of myself sometimes.
I think the little girl in me comes out
and I turn into this giddy over-zealous teeny bopper
that wants to jump up and down and play on a see-saw.
I don't know.
Nonetheless, my heart's his.
He did cut his hair off, by the way.
No more long hair to twirl while we're kissing.

Although it looks really good on him.
Chopped about five years off of his age,
but I really like it.

Well, anyway.
It's time for me to get ready for work.
Afterward Phil and I are going to the House of Blues
in Myrtle Beach to see
Head Automatica
RX Bandits
and
Finch.
Should be a good show.
AFter that we're going to the Coat.
