Panic but better

Woke up last night at some ungodly hour with a full-blown panic attack. Shaking, sweating, upset stomach. Took a clonazapam and waited for it to kick in. I know why. Husband repeated his gassing up the car mistake by putting the credit card in the wrong slot AGAIN. I thought we had this solved but it keeps happening. Is it enough to worry about? I
