Do you still work out at all? I have tried, but never seem to stick with it. I wanted to know if you are still trying to lose weight and all, how do you get so motivated.
First who is this? i do occasionally, it is just hard to find time sometimes you know! classes keep me so busy. And getting motivated is hard, but the most important thing is to want to do it for the right reasons. I am exericise not to lose weight, but to keep healthy, so that way I am not setting myself up for failure, if I don't lose as much as I want or something. Plus I really do enjoy it! Walking this summer was my favorite time of my day, It was time for me!
This is a person who doesn't exist. A person who needs to be motivated and lose weight for the right reasons and not for a guy or to impress people. I am overweight and try to work out, but it never seems I can lose enough.
