This weekend was a real disappointment, in many ways.  I had big plans to go into the city at least once to see friends and celebrate life, bt when the time came I was paralysed by melancholy.  I think in general I am better than I was but I still find myself caught by surprise on occasion and am unsure as to whether that is what normal life is
