I had a fantastic day at work today.  I was able to come in and first thing help out with digging out three red fermentors, which gave me a fantastic sense of satisfaction.  Afterwards I went to introduce an intern to barrel ferments and how to monitor them and in the process slipped on what I thought was a puddle of water and was actually a puddle
