So word around the water cooler is that the schools in our fine district are being subjected to close due to budget cuts. Now I know that balancing the budget is not always the ideal way to have fun, but someone has to do it and  make those tough decisions. No the southern schools should not close. They should not close because it is not fair that the parents have to drive their kids to school far away when the parents have to go to work. Also, children may not be happy not attending a different school as their friends because they will be at separate schools.
