Well, we had a great time while my mom was here and I was sad to see her go. G's birthday was great and he got pretty much everything he wanted minus an iPOD that the mean mom said no to. Ash's dance recital was great and everyone except G enjoyed that but I don't know too many 11 year old boys that would enjoy that. We celebrated my birthday and

hahaha, washing chickens!!! Remember to get a big fish net incase they run off you can catch them w/ it. You will also need clear nail polish, keep them in the sun so they stay white.

it's funny how some things never leave you :) If I had a free weekend before fair I would live to come help wash the chickens.

Also, did you raise their feeders so they have to stand to eat? That will keep them from getting blisters on their breast.

So yes I figured me raising chickens would amuse you! I was so against it, but I'm actually enjoying it. Yes we did raise their feeders. Tyler had read somewhere that would happen and also that they would rub feathers off.

As for washing, I will definitley post about it. Should be humorous!! G's not too sure about it though. Did you ever put vasaline on their combs? I was trying to remember what you did. I was telling Tyler and G a little that I remembered from you having them. Let me tell you having chickens is like being in our childhood!!
