just incredibly busy. seattle is cool, work is very busy (i've thus far applied for 5 fellowships...already gotten two rejections - am planning on applying for at least 2 more and hopefully SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE will want to give me money ( Read more... )

Hey E-beth! So good to see your post! I'm glad things seem to be going well in Seattle. I am sorry we missed you when you were in town... you happened to be in town the EXACT days that we were in West Virginia visiting family before the move to Georgia. I hope you had a good time in NC.

when do you start your new position? have to say, i'm jealous that you were able to find a WHOLE FREAKING HOUSE to live in... hope things are going well in GA :)

I actually start on Monday the 9th... very nervous about it because I still feel like an impostor - I REALLY need to read up on stuff and have been so busy I haven't been able to do much. I am going to be cramming the next five days. EEP.

As for the house, I still can't believe it... knowing that we are paying less in rent for this house than we were for two 1 bedroom apartments. Georgia is awesome... nice and hot! :)
