I've long since given up on her thinking of anyone but herself, so no. Probably not. She came back because a) my uncle's a misogynistic asshole and b) she missed South Texas.

Anyway, now it's all my job to get her settled, etc. Whereas I, strangely, think that she's a grown woman who should be able to do shit for herself.

That is a brilliant plan. Especially that whole 'getting impregnated by a terrorist' thing. Cuz, you know, all Muslims are terrorists. So one won't be hard to find.

...could we do dinner at Bamboo Garden anyway? Once I'm feeling better, that is.

I am jealous you are playing soccer. I cannot find a team to play on. Is it indoor/outdoor or what? Are you having fun?

I love it...it's a female league and it's tons of fun. It's outdoor, so I'm very much looking forward to the day when it's NOT a million degrees out. I'm still trying to get the hang of kicking while running but not looking at the ball, though!
