Thanks bb! I can send you something on promo that I get from one of publishers that has advice on promotion if you PM me your e-mail. I'm not sure how much promo works, tbh, as I never see a direct result in sales. The best thing seems to be to build up your backlist, but I still go through the promo hoops anyway.
