This is great news!! Sorry I'm just now reading it lol You should take pics and post them on here so I can see it. Jeff and I have been throwing around the idea of visiting Boise and checking out the housing market. Dad keeps sending us links for these ridiculous huge houses that are only like 250k. My tiny house was at one point at that value but not now, as you well know :-) I have a flickr account where I post all my digital photos I don't know if you are interested in taking a look but my name on there is greenjello30 I would have to friend you first.
