Seriously though - it sounds like something that needs to be addressed. It may require you going onto a new medication, or just one of your old medications...but lots of meds cause anterograde amnesia, and there are a couple that can enhance alertness. You may need one or the other, or both, and if anyone tells you there's any shame in that, let me know, and I'll kick their ass for you.

I want off my meds to.. but i may be on them or a variant cocktail for life. else wise i face all the loverly side effects from a raging case of diabetes... rather have the drugs.. there is no shame in having to help your body along..

I have never been on any drugs and my memory does that crap so it could be just something that is happening?
I tend to write things down a LOT lists and lists, drives C nuts but it helps me keep track of things.
Things go in places they are supposed to go so I don't lose them.
Maybe I am just getting old lol.
I tend to not use any drugs rather going the homeopathic route, have you looked into doing that? It's an alternative and may help, just a thought.
