Okay - updates - I have two appearances and 2 concerts sorted and renamed. Before I go any further I am going to test them on the picture frame. And we are back - 3+ miles in 78/80 degree weather. Light breeze every now & again. It felt good to be back at it. Definitely sweaty but very little pain. My sneakers are rubbing a bit wrong and causing a callus on my foot but I also didn't put any moleskin on it before I went out ( Read more... )

The past couple of weeks have been busy with my trip to NYC and spending the 4th with my Sister's in-laws. No real walking for a couple of weeks. I can't even think about it today.

Bought a digital scale so I can keep better track. I have a rough plan to get active again in the warm weather. Mostly indoors.

Yesterday was a miserable day. No walk. Found out car was total loss and my craphead insurance company only notified me a week after I dropped it off at the auto body shop. Then today I received a letter pretty much threatening me with the cost of daily storage for my car at the autobody shop. We'll see about that ( Read more... )
