I have a place to live

It's a little bungalow with three bedrooms. The rent is pretty high, but I'm hoping to find a roommate.

One problem is that they can't have the place ready by the 1st, so I have to figure something out for the interim.

Sounds nice! And yes, it's so much easier to be in charge of roommate-finding rather than the itinerant roommate.
