I was sleeping in the middle of Rocky Mountain National Park last night, and for some reason, they don't have WiFi at the camp. Or even an ethernet port. Jeez

The rain kept down the mosquitoes, though, didn't it? That sounds wonderful. There is something about the air or the light or something in the mountains that is never matched here in the coastal desert.
Keeping track of how many national parks you hit in one trip? You could head SE from St. Louis and get the Smokies and Shenandoah, too.
On our last trip, we rented hiking poles because we were afraid of the stream crossings.
