Still going well...
A little more pain today but managable, still no swelling and it definitely feels like it's healing up. My sleep sked is all screwed up tho, been napping during the day which keeps me up all night :) But hey, been playing a lot of Vanguard so all is good :) -
It's Aliiiiive!
So the surgery seems to have gone well, Oliver is gone with no memory of him going :) Recovery seems good so far, not much bleeding and really no pain at all. Altho I have been, shall we say, proactive with pain meds. No swelling that I can see, so all is good :) Not enjoying gauze pads very much, but am being very good with keeping one in place ( Read more... ) -
A little nervous tonight...
So tomorrow I finally get Oliver evicted, kinda nervous about it. While I know it is not that big a deal, I've not really ever had much experience with surgery or anesthesia. Understanding that it is relatively simple according to the oral surgeon is one thing, knowing it will go ok is another :) So yea..... kinda nervous.... -

My lady's mobo fried today, the one she needs for her business. She called me at work when she went to boot up when she opened her shop and all it did was beep at her :) Needless to say, could really not help her from work...she knows the basics, ie check all the plugs, reseat cards and such. Yes, I couldn't resist trying Vanguard now that it is released. Altho I was in beta for about 6 months, I hadn't played much recently due to performance problems and disappoint in the direction the game was going. But I couldn't help myself, bought it, installed and patched the end of last week and then spent a good portion of the weekend playing. ( Read more... ) -
Oliver's saga continued....
So I went to the oral surgeon today for the eval, yup....Oliver's got to come out. Sadly I must wait til Feb 13th however Frown Mostly my fault as I am a wimp and want to be totally out for this event and they only have the anesthesiologist in a couple times a month. Life sucks at times....
Well I didn't get to see my Ev concert.... I was not allowed into Canada because of a legal entanglement from 22 fucking years ago. Never had a problem before, always whisked right thru, but this time T did not have all the proper paper so we had to go thru immigration and I was denied entry...sigh.
