:-) I like how this story builds- it's extremely lighthearted at the beginning, with a fantastic little piece of foreshadowing with the dead frog- something deeper is on the way, I knew, from the first moment. The revelation makes you see both the future events and the ones already covered in the story in a whole new light and turns something fun into something strong, complicated, and worthwhile. Nicely done!
