Hello to you!
Thanks for taking the time to write a story for me. I can't wait to see what you come up with! All of my requests involve Meg this year, and I love stories about her that show that the writer likes her and has thought about who she is as a person. Three dimensional and sympathetic characters are always awesome, and I'd love to see this in your story.
For fic in general, I love character interaction, the kind of slice of life stuff that's filled with fun or emotion. The way people feel about each other and how that makes them act is another thing I love. Emotion is great, and I like it both in strong displays and in subtle hints. If you make the characters real and if you show that the way they feel about each other matters, then I'll love your story no matter what it's about.
As for rating, I'm happy with any rating from G to NC-17 as long as the characters are treated with respect and they treat each other with respect.
My dislikes are simple. I don't really like slash, and I strongly dislike rape, incest, or any kind of fetishes. My tastes are just about as vanilla as you can get.
As for my specific story requests:
Request #1 Meg/Ray K:
I love Meg and Ray as a couple. I love their differences and I love their similarities, and I think they could learn to love each other deeply. I'd like a nice, warm, romantic story between the two of them, if you decide to write this option this year. Something full of displayed love and affection, something not over-the-top sappy or filled with declarations, just something that shows the love between them.
Request #2 Meg:
Pretty much what my request says. A good slice of life story that treats Meg with respect.
Request #3 Meg and Turnbull (or Meg/Turnbull):
This choice is your opportunity to really have fun with my request. The two of them have such a unique relationship, and we only get to see glimpses of it on screen. I'd like to see something fun with the two of them that showcases this relationship in a warm and caring way.
