I work @ night too...and what has made all the difference in my sleep time and quality is my curtains. I have a curtain thats dark burgandy(and thick) but its also got a satin-like liner(just as thick). it makes my room dark enough that when im awake at lets say like 7am and the sun has already risen enough to make it light outside--i have no clue that its no longer dark outside so it tricks my brain and body into "feeling" as though its nighttime. Nice thing is i can just tie them to each side if i want light for whatever reason. I also use an eyemask-but not so sure u want that suggestion. Honestly my quality of sleep has improved tremendously. I think what makes it work is both are thick and dark. Keeps it cool when morning sun strts to warm outside(when u would be sweating) and keeps it warm when the sun goes down. Now that its spring it may be different...miss u. Wish u would atleast write me so i know u aren't purposly ignoring me. And if that is the case...say so. or Text me 221-2368
