So hungry. Trying not to eat as it's so late at night. Going to drink (another) glass of water and try to watch a movie and sleep. Maybe another Valium will help... (I've been having horrible problems sleeping)
Going to bed hungry is hard but I find if I can avoid that last trip to the fridge and get into bed, my body gets over it pretty soon and when I wake up I'm not even 'extra' hungry.
Maybe it can help you get to sleep, since your body doesn't have a bunch of fresh calories keeping you energized?
