I've been nudged

I can't believe it had really been 4 weeks since I'd updated. Thanks for the nudge Ang :) Many days I've meant to update but then I find I just don't have much to say. The baby is sucking out a fair quantity of my energy and the thoughts seem to have gone with it. Seriously though, its been a very easy pregnancy so far. I've thrown up a ( Read more... )

Just sneaking over to tell you congrats! I have very dear friend who had her first baby while in her residency now has a 2 year old. She managed fine and I know you will too. Good luck with your pregnancy...

it sounds like you're doing great!

I have to admit that secretly, I totally wanted to ask if the baby was "on purpose", but I wanted that information for my judgement of NFP, not you guys! But anyway it's not really something you're supposed to ask so I resisted, and I'm glad you said it here so I'm not bugged by the curiousity.

LOL - you have much better manners than some ;) For the sake of the record and NFP knowledge - baby is very much on purpose, our first month of trying to concieve instead of trying not to. It was nice because having charted for awhile I knew when I'd ovulate so we could shoot for surrounding days.

Amy, I really am so excited for you! I know how much you want this.

My brother and SIL had their first during her first year of residency as well. He's now five and in Kindergarten and has a little sister who was born during mom's first year of private practice! They're all doing very well - if they can do it, so can you guys!

Thanks! Since baby is due in July I'll actually be *just* into my second year :) I'm glad to hear it went well for your brother and SIL, there are tons of people in my program with kids so I know it can be done. Never hurts to hear more good stories though! How are your little men?
