my skin doesn't cope well with disposable products either... I switched to washable menstrual pads like three years ago and never looked back! obviously diapers are a whole new ball game, so go you for trying and be sure to let us know how that goes, because it's something i'd be interested in if I ever have kids.

I switched to instead cups and washable myself...that is when I needed them. Its been ages now.

Are you going to use cloth wipes as well?

We'll give it a try, I'm still contemplating a good way to store them - maybe an empty wipes box - where they could be moist. The woman I bought my diapers from also threw in some cloth wipes so I'll give it a try. I've read that it can be easier because then the whole thing goes in your diaper pail and into the wash instead of needing to seperate out what goes in the trash.
