Yesterday I was driving behind a bus with a large ad on the back which read:

Stop at the red, or you'll be dead.

Pictured next to it was a cute little cartoon gravestone.

These Californians are wacky.

My favorite signs there are ones I saw near the US/Mex border. They look like those yellow warning signs seen at crosswalks, the ones showing a man and woman walking across the street. Except in near-border CA, the black-on-yellow figures are a man, woman, and child running for their life across the border! Cracked me up.
