Well we cast the final role in "Stomp! Shout! Scream!" last night, which is a great feeling. It's a 1960's beach party rock-and-roll monster movie, where I was hired as the Casting Director. Jay Edwards, the director, is an extremely nice guy and has written a very tight, entertaining screenplay. We're very happy with our cast and how well it

I, for one, don't take it personally

It's never "just" about talent...so many things go into it: availability, how you look with the rest of who is available, the director's concept, on and on and on - too many things that the actor has no control over.

You have to do your best, then forget about it and move on to the next project, unless you want a nervous breakdown.

I am very happy, however, that you called me in to audition, so thank you. :-)
