I am so sorry that you had to put up with this. It is unbelievable to me that the clerk didn't do anything about the information that was at their disposal...I mean seriously...you see that there is $1800 that needs to be addressed. And the GM really needs to do something about this. This is entirely the clerk and the person who trained them responsibility and is a serious breech of protocol.
