Boo on fall. I dislike fall and winter the most. They tend to be the times of year where I'm at my least personable. It also tends to be the times where I'm historically most introspective, worried, stressed, lonely and any other number of related symptoms that we might want to throw at the wall. Do you take a vitamin supplement? It's generally accepted that we do not get enough Vitamin D, and unless you guzzle milk down, likely that could be one part of your mood swings in the winter. Try finding a multivitamin (I take Jamieson 'VitaVim' chewables.. they taste like flintstones vitamins) if you don't already, or simply a vitamin D suppliment. Give it a little while, see if it works!

Hrm, I think I have these around somewhere, though I'd recently switched to trying Complex Vitamin B50 supplements.
