Just because you're not just a bag of bones doesn't make you a "fat chick".

From the pictures I've seen, you're pretty damn hot. I bet you will look fantastic.

Oh, I don't deny that I'm hot! But, I am a fat chick. I'm way past skin and bones and considered obese by all medical and practical measures. Just simply a fact. And in the meantime, the clothing options for women of my size are extremely limited. I guess they don't think fat chicks dress up for anything. It's simply the way of the world and a very frustrating thing at that. Add all this to the fact that I HATE clothes shopping- always have, even when I was considered average.

Anyway, thanks for the compliment!

*chocolate* *chocolate* *chocolate*...

Okay, I need a brownie!

At this rate I may have to pay yet another $100 to get the dress altered again - this time to let out the waist! lol

You're curvy, classy, witty, charming and unique. You will find a dress that suits you... and you will look radiantly stunning.

Well, thanks kindly. I found a dress on my trip to NY. It's not the one I wanted, but everyone else with me (husband, mother, father) insisted I buy it and I gave in with the deadline coming up so quickly and no more time to shop. It was ridiculously expensive and for 5 minutes of being on the dance floor and the total of about 1 hour to wear the thing - it will cost me $400 between alterations, shoes and undergarments. That is eating me alive. Ugh!
