mmmmmm, hot-chocolate.
i've become a bit of a hot-chocolate snob, i make it from scratch with milk, sugar and european cocoa powder. yummy... but i'm always up for trying new hot-chocolate.

oh- you need to tell me if the week after my talk in buffalo is horrible for me to visit...

I've also heard a pinch of cayenne does wonders for the hot chocolate, oh yeah, and salt too.. only a small amount. *shrug* not sure though since I really haven't made hot chocolate from scratch since I haven't really found a good source for Dutched Cocoa.
