i didn't reach my goal for today... actually yesterday i did my best like.. i ate 300 cals.... in 3 meas.. the last one was at 6 o'clock ....
and when i got home i started to excersice like creazy... i ran 8,12 km... that's lil bit more than 5 miles... exactly 5.046 miles lol....
and then did alot of crunshes...

guess what?? i'm not esating thta much but i'm putting on weight is so horrid!!!
i can't excersice i had an accident- felt down from my moto- like 2 weeks ago.... i have 2 wait like a week more at least... then i'll be able to excersice properly :D
