Just got back from meeting Genevieve Gorder (of Trading Spaces fame.) This woman has been on Mr. Curl's list for a *long* time. Alas, she did not offer to whisk him away. ;-)  They did, however, share parenting stories (she has a new seven month old.) See, I don't see myself as really being stylish at all. I know what I like in terms of design, but the ability to conjure it up out of thin air (and find a way to pay for what I like..) has always been a little difficult for me.

He was remarkably well behaved. I mean, there was one point when she said, "I could do this in two minutes if I was at your house," and I could *hear* the "Well, why don't you come back to my place later..." forming in his head. ;) (Oh, and the fact that she was proficient on a Mac, and using a new G3 iPhone only increased the love, I think.

Also, how cool is it that both Mr. Curl and I got to meet our favorite celebrities within a few months of each other, and have actual interactions with them? So cool, that's what. :D
