I took some and it seems to be taking the edge off. Thanks. Perhaps if I chase it with some ibuprofen I will feel nearly normal. My teeth ache!

if you dont want to take actual medicine (like claritin or benadryl), there's an herbal alternative called D-Hist. I take it twice a day (morning, before bed), and I almost never have allergy problems anymore. the only thing is is that you have to take it for a week or two until it really kicks in (but after that, no problems).

Yeah, I have had them all my life.. They just picked up again, so you probably do have them.

Theres tons of non-drowsy over the counter medication that works well, also if you can afford a doctor they can perscribe a ton of stuff.

Usually if I have a really bad attack I will just get a moist towel and hold it over my eyes/nose/etc and that usually takes the edge off..

Also, keeping your windows closed at night seems to help since I guess pollen and shit travels around the most around then.
