Can anyone recommend a good mouse? Nothing crazy, with a scroll wheel...$30 max? If I'm going to buy one, it might as well not suck too bad.

Finally all my geeky friends can come in handy! ;P

I hate saying this... but Microsoft did something right. The IntelliMouse is still by far my favorite mouse to use.

CompUSA has it for $15. Hard to beat that. The IntelliMouse also features a horizontal scroll so you can use the scroll wheel to move back and forth through your browser history as well.

vote #3 for a microsoft optical mouse.

Pretty basic, never had any problems, and it has the little extra buttons so you can go forwards and backwards in the browser, stuff, red light, magic.
