It has been just over a week since I returned to work. It is such a big transition on so many levels that I'm still trying to unpack everything

I totally know where you are - in imagining a change of leadership here at kcds, I don't know that I would be more enthusiastic or refreshed even though the leadership is what I complain about most. Sometimes it's hard to shift gears part-way through. Just because your new pastor is excited doesn't necessarily mean his staff feels the same sense of renewal. I'll be praying that you feel a clear answer soon.
