i'm messing about online before i leave for my introduction to media practices class, and i read something posted by a friend of mine on a forum. it's oh so true, and i thought i'd post it here.

i'm alive, and i'm living in the uk. as you can imagine, i've been terribly busy. i promise to update soon.

keep the good healing energy coming. my back's feeling sooooo much better this morning. not 100%, but not fully consumed by pain either. hooray! progress!

so i went to the doctor today about my back. i got 5 shots of a mixture of a short term anti-inflammatory, a long term one, and a muscle relaxer. i also got prescriptions for both muscle relaxers and pain killers that aren't supposed to effect my ability to drive. keep in mind that these shots were administered directly into the muscles that ( Read more... )
